- It also outlines the lawful basis of processing data, so that organizations can be on the right side of the law when handling data.
- The course details the Individual Rights that must be followed when Data Processing occurs.
- The accountability and governance for organizations are outlined as well.
- Security for the organization and the organization’s clients is outlined in the course.
- The course outlines International Transfers regulations that an organization must uphold.
- Personal Data Breaches are explained in the training, as well as how to best respond to the breaches if or when they occur.
- Exemptions are outlined and explained to help companies understand which GDPR applies to them.
